This is a starting-point draft, not final legal advice. Please have an attorney review and customize it for Recovery Life Collective before relying on it with real users.
By using Recovery Life Fitness and Fuel (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
This app provides general educational information about fitness, nutrition, and supplements as they relate to recovery. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace care from a doctor, therapist, prescriber, or treatment provider. Always confirm any exercise program or supplement — including over-the-counter vitamins — with your own healthcare provider, especially if you are on medication-assisted treatment (e.g. Suboxone, methadone, naltrexone) or psychiatric medication.
This app is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or in danger, call 911, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). The “I'm struggling” tool in this app is a supportive coping resource, not a substitute for emergency services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this app.
If you create a sync account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
The app offers an optional Pro tier with additional features. Pricing and billing details are shown at the time of upgrade. Payment processing for Pro subscriptions is being finalized; current in-app upgrade controls are for demonstration purposes until billing is fully connected, and will be clearly labeled as such.
The app's content, design, and branding belong to Recovery Life Collective. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Recovery Life Collective is not liable for any decisions made based on information in the app, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
